i love feeling pretty.
*shock! that sounds abit bimbo, no?
even though i usually never give a damn about makeup, dresses and following the latest trend, buying the pretties or coolest accessories. you wont catch me in a skirt and three inch stilettos unless i have a good reason to be in them. ie Michelle's wedding. it is ten times more likely to see me being shabbily dressed in cargoes and tees, again and again and again.

okay. so sometimes i get tired of not being as pretty as i can be. you scoff: 'aletheia? pretty?'
i swear i can be pretty when i want to. im tired of not dolling up because im scared of what people will say. im tired of not feeling good about myself. im tired of the truth that if i continue like this, im never going to be pretty enough -good enough- for some guys.

after more than a few months of struggling with myself on weight issues, getting back my contacts seems to equate to getting back my confidence. hahahaa. considering that they're so small (literally cause i use hard lenses. heh) abit lousy right? (: I've also decided i'm going to straighten my hair after o levels too. no more flyaway, unmanageable and unglamorous hair! hahahaha.
